Our residents made the most of the beautiful weather we’ve been enjoying recently. They enjoyed all sorts of activities, from gardening and using the parachute, to just relaxing and having a nice walk around our lounge in this glorious sunshine

We held a coronation party on Monday the 8th. We had Tim playing the piano which got everyone going. The BBQ was a big success, as was our buffet. I would like to thank all the families for their support and my staff. We look forward to many more parties in the summer.

We had some lovely Easter celebrations at the Orchard. Everyone sat together, enjoyed a roast dinner, and watched a film with their Easter eggs in the afternoon. Our cook, Paulina, made a lovely carrot cake.

During the dark winter, our days at The Orchard were made a little brighter by regular visits from our four legged friends. We are always delighted to welcome canine pets into our home and there is certainly no shortage of people to fuss and love them. They give our residents (and staff) so much enjoyment.…
