The Orchard

Linzi and Atiq from The Orchard, went for a long walk before stopping off for a bite to eat at Wetherspoons in Ross.

Here at The Orchard, we like to decorate our homes in colourful blooms! Here is Margaret and Iris showing us their best flower arrangements… and of course our Manager, Michelle, had to jump in on the action too!

Residents at The Orchard were treated to an array of mouth watering Chinese food, all of which was cooked by talented cook, Linda. All of the residents thoroughly enjoyed the culinary delights!

The Orchard welcomed a gorgeous Spaniel puppy into their home for a session of pet therapy.

Margaret and Georgie, residents at The Orchard, enjoyed a day out at Pengethley Garden Centre. They had a wander round before stopping for a refreshment – Georgie chose a hot chocolate, and as you can see, she had the works!

Iris, a resident at The Orchard, enjoyed a 1-1 session with Linzi. They explored Hereford Cathedral, taking in the beautiful sights of the stained glass windows, before then venturing outside to take a look at the special display ‘Poppies: Weeping Window’, which comprises of several thousand handmade ceramic poppies. Iris and Linzi ended the day…

On one sunny afternoon, the majority of The Orchard residents decided to head to their local pub for a few drinks.

Our residents at The Orchard enjoyed two activities in one when they were treated to a luxury hand massage. Who would have thought that keeping the masseuse’s dog entertained would mix nicely with a hand massage? The beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel boosted everybody’s’ mood and made for a happy rest of the day!
