Spring Outing

Birthday Celebrations for Barbara

On her special day, Barbara happily received lots of lovely cards and gifts from family and friends. Later in the afternoon, all staff and residents sang the birthday song to her and she was presented with a decorative birthday cake for all to enjoy.

Race Day

Today we have watched the Grand National races! We have followed the Aintree races on television and the Chepstow races online! We have created some ‘Milkwood Money’ for people to place their bets. Two of the ladies won on the 2nd race and Megan won on the 3rd race.We have, of course, watched the races…

Super Saturday’s

We celebrated the warmer weather with some ice lollies! I think the watermelon ice lollies were the firm favourite!

Let’s Play

Many of our residents like to relax with games like Suduko or Chess and crosswords help to keep our minds alert. It looks as though our staff are a little bit too relaxed here! They’ve fallen asleep on the giant Snakes & Ladders!
