This morning we have made the most of the sunshine by taking a gentle walk in the garden. We spent time looking at the fish, which was very relaxing! We then went to visit the ducks, who were also enjoying the warm, sunny weather .There were smiling faces all around!

Fry-day 4th June we celebrated “National Fish & Chips Day”! To celebrate, we enjoyed battered fish and homemade chips, courtesy of our lovely residents…just watch out for the seagulls! Our residents even helped by peeling the potatoes!

To celebrate National Sandwich Week this year, we made a sandwich cake to enjoy for supper. Our lovely cook, Ann, came up with this great idea. We layered the cake with lots of different fillings, before Ann “iced” the cake with cream cheese. It was delicious and lots of fun to make!
