Ganarew

We had a great afternoon here at Ganarew, celebrating St Patrick’s Day. Our lovely residents popped their hats on and we had Shamrock bisscuits.

Our residents have had a great day tossing their pancakes, some of their flipping techniques were great! The pancakes also tasted delicious!

We’ve had a month of celebrations at Ganarew, Jill celebrated her birthday and anniversary and Pat celebrated her 102nd Birthday! What an achievement!

Our ladies had a wonderful baking afternoon with Charley making rice crispy cakes. They enjoyed mixing and of course testing!

Our residents were all smiles this Valentines Day. Ready to tuck into a special Valentines lunch, complete with heart-shaped chocolates and shortbread. Happy Valentines from Ganarew!

Glenys popped on her dancing shoes and her very best dress on afternoon and had a good old boogie!

Monmouth girls school collected and delivered presents for all of our residents. Such a lovely idea. These are some pics of residents opening them all. Thank you Monmouth Girls School.

Our residents enjoyed their Christmas party, complete with party food and party hats! Staff wore their very best Christmas outfits, music was played and we held a wonderful raffle with some lovely prizes!

Today we set up a couple of stalls for our residents to have the true shopping experience! Our residents were able to visit the sweetie stall and the another stall to shop for gifts for their loved ones! They loved the shopping experience and were very happy with their goods!
